Westbrook Institute Gift Card - Archive No. G.042.2026

Gathering Studies
Observed at
The Long Table
A sepia-toned interior scene of Westbrook House showing a fully set dining table with chairs, a floral centerpiece, candles, plates, books, a sideboard with a lamp and flowers, a framed face painting on the wall, and a glass-front hutch with decorative objects. The scene appears to be a styled room scene rather than a single isolated product shot.
REASON FOR INCLUSION
Observed at the Long Table during the winter gathering season, where gifts have traditionally been exchanged, letters opened and celebrations lingered over long after dinner. An object concerned less with possession than with the pleasure of choosing something for another.
