Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or despatched on weekends or UK bank holidays. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, we'll keep you informed.
Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
Please note these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders.
Order Tracking Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Fragile items are packaged in a double corrugated box and padded with foam.
Damaged or Lost Items We take great care in packaging our lighting products to ensure they arrive safely. If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at concierge@14westbrookave.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
International Orders Prices are inclusive of VAT however international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by their country. These charges are outside our control and are not included in our shipping costs.
